Shipping & Return

DELIVERY 

• Delivery within Switzerland is FREE for all orders.

• The orders will be delivered by Swiss mail within 5 to 7 working days (holidays excluded).

• If there is a delay, the customer will be informed via e-mail.

• Delivery outside Switzerland will be calculated by weight.

RETURN 

Return and Exchange Policy 

From the moment when you receive our designs you will have 10 days to return them if you are not satisfied. 

Please send an information mail to the info@nazdesign.org before you return any goods, we will deal with your return accordingly after receipt:

• state your name, email, order number

• which goods you wish to return

• if you want a replacement or reimbursement (original shipping charges will not be refunded)

• We’d love to hear your feedback too (it helps us to make our designs better).

Naz Design will only accept returns of the goods in the perfect and original condition. This means more precisely that the goods, the label are not used and undamaged. All sale items and orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions may be upheld in special circumstances. Send an e-mail info@nazdesign.org for more details. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to Naz Design.

If you have requested an exchange, we will process it as quickly as possible upon receipt. You will receive a confirmation.
